Shipping Information

This website (hereinafter referred to as "our shop") charges different shipping fees depending on the delivery area. However, if you purchase a total of $100 or more in products, shipping is free.

 

Shipping Time

The shipping time varies depending on the product. Generally, we will ship within six business days after receiving your order. For products that are out of stock, we will notify you of the cancellation and the number of days required for preparation.

 

Shipping Method

The shipping method is determined by our shop, and customers cannot choose the method. We also do not accept time or date specifications in principle.

 

Delivery Time

In general, the product will arrive about one week after shipping. (For remote islands, it may take an additional 3-4 days.) However, this does not apply in regions where natural disasters or major events are occurring. Please understand this in advance.

 

Damage During Shipping

When packing, we take great care to ensure that the outer box does not get dented or scratched.

However, once handed over to the shipping company, there is a possibility that some trouble or damage caused by the shipping company may occur during transportation. Please note that we ask for your understanding regarding minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product itself.
